Subject	Antilock light, no turn signals and windows do not move

Message	All three of these symptoms appear to have surfaced all at once. The antilock light is illuminated (however there has been no noticable change in braking) and no fuses are blown. The turn signals do not work when using them individually, however they do turn on if I use the emergency flashers. Finally, the power windows are currently not working - up or down. I can't seem to find a common link between these issues, however there seems to be several threads regarding this same issue with no resolution. Any insight would be appreciated.
